To work with system prompts, the following permissions:

  • Architect > System Prompt > Edit
  • Architect > System Prompt > View

To work with user prompts, the following permissions:

  • Architect > User Prompt > Add
  • Architect > User Prompt > Edit
  • Architect > User Prompt > View

You can modify the Architect default_whisper system prompt. Use this step to change the content or duration of the whisper audio that agents receive and, in turn, provide more context or notice before the agent interacts live with the customer.

Note: To reflect the changes in existing flows, you must republish any flows that consume the prompt. For a list of flows that use the prompt, in the Edit Prompt dialog box click Find consuming flows.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Architect, click Architect. Architect opens in a new tab.
  3. Hover over the Prompts tab and select System.
  4. Navigate to default_whisper and click the link. The Edit Prompt dialog box opens.
  5. Configure the whisper audio prompt according to your organization’s specifications.
  6. Click OK.
