If you retrieve your voice transcripts using the Apex SDK, update the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce managed package to the latest version. The package update includes the new remote site settings and automatically enables or creates the new remote site settings in your organization. If you did not update the managed package or manually add the new remote site settings, then your current code for retrieving the voice transcript eventually will not work when this feature is released. Upgrade to the latest version of the managed package or manually configure the new remote site settings in your organization.

When you install the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce managed package, accept the default values for remote site settings. Post-installation, you can remove the remote site settings that are not required for your region. The following table shows the remote site settings that are required for different functionalities in different AWS regions.

Note: The new remote site settings will eventually replace the existing remote site settings. This change will be implemented in a future feature release. Update the managed package to the latest version to automatically enable or create the new remote site settings in your organization. Also, when you update to the latest managed package ensure that you add both the current and the new remote site settings URLs until this new feature is released.
