Starting August 11, 2021, Genesys will improve stability and scalability by replacing the QM Audit endpoint (/api/v2/quality/conversations/{conversationId}/audits) with the following asynchronous endpoints.
Create audit query execution | POST /api/v2/quality/conversations/audits/query |
Get status of audit query execution | GET /api/v2/quality/conversations/audits/query/{transactionId} |
Get results of audit query | GET /api/v2/quality/conversations/audits/query/{transactionId}/results |
The following permissions will be deprecated and replaced with the new permission Audits > Interaction Details > View.

FAQs
What does this mean?
Between the announcement date and the removal of the feature, Genesys will no longer address bugs or minor issues specific to QM Audit endpoint.
Genesys will continue to resolve any major breakage until the end-of-life date.
Am I affected?
After August 11, 2021, organizations will no longer be able to use the existing QM Audit endpoint (/api/v2/quality/conversations/{conversationId}/audits).
The Audit log view on the Interactions Detail page will not be affected by this change.
Organizations using the new asynchronous endpoint will only be able to fetch the historical interaction audit logs starting September 30, 2019.
What do I need to do before the removal date?
After the removal date, organizations using the existing QM Audit endpoint must migrate to the new Asynchronous Audit endpoint.
