View historical data for automatic best method forecasts

After you add a new forecast using the Automatic Best Method option, you can view historical data as a point of reference when you review your forecast. This information is available in the short-term forecast and long-term forecast views. History from a historical data import also appears in these views.

View historical data in the short-term forecast view

To see a list of available historical data, next to the Offered or Average Handle Time metric, click View history. Available history is based on any history for the 35 days before the date that the forecast was created.

View historical data in the long-term forecast view

To see a list of available historical data, next to the Offered or Average Handle Time metric, click View history. Available history is based on any history for the five years before the date that the forecast was created.
