Additional Force TURN IP addresses now available

Genesys added 17 new IP addresses to the existing pool of IP addresses per region dedicated to the Force TURN feature, bringing the address pool up to 26. For more information, see Use the Force TURN feature.

Content templates for messaging campaigns

Outbound administrators can now create SMS message content directly in the user interface with an SMS template, and then link the content to messaging campaigns. The SMS message content can include external contact list data. This feature provides administrators with a more convenient way to create outgoing SMS messages.
