Use this action to set up a customized email that invites your external contacts to take a survey after completing an interaction with your company. If the conversation matches a Genesys Cloud quality management policy, Architect runs the survey invite flow and emails an invitation to the contact. You can also set up reminder notifications in case the contact does not respond.

From a new or existing survey invite flow, open a task or state. From the toolbox, expand the Survey Invites category and drag a Complete Survey action into the task editor. 

Action Description

Name

 Type a name for the action. The label you enter here becomes the action’s name displayed in the task sequence.

Target Email Address

Enter a literal value or an expression that retrieves the address to use to contact the survey invitee. This entry is an email address. 

Invite Subject

Enter a literal value or an expression that sets the subject line of the initial survey invitation.

Invite Body

Enter a literal value or an expression that sets up the contents of the initial survey invitation. Typically, a variable that contains the output from a Get Response action. You can also use this field without a Get Response action and just add text to include in the survey invitation. For example, a request to share feedback about a recent experience with your company.

Reminder Subject

Enter a literal value or an expression that sets up the subject line of the survey invitation reminder.

Reminder Body

Enter a literal value or an expression that sets up the contents of the reminder survey invitation. Typically, this entry includes the survey URL.
