Unified search across Genesys Cloud sites

Customers and partners can now search across all Genesys Cloud sites from the Genesys Knowledge Network. The new unified search feature provides consolidated results from the Genesys Cloud Resource Center, Developer Center, Training site, Community, and Blog. Results are delivered by category for easy content browsing. This feature is available on the Knowledge Network’s Genesys Cloud dashboard. Future enhancements include unified search for PureConnect and PureEngage.
