Client management for partners and resellers

Authorized resellers and technology partners can now view their Genesys Cloud client accounts from one dashboard. After receiving client authorization, resellers and partners can log in to the client’s organization from their own Genesys Cloud organization to provide technical support. Edge and Media Tier release notes email subscription

Customers can now choose to receive email notifications for new Edge and Media Tier version releases. Click the Subscribe button in the upper right corner of the Edge and Media Tier release notes page.
