Secure pause in Genesys Cloud for Salesforce and Genesys Cloud for Zendesk
A new Secure Pause button in the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce and Genesys Cloud for Zendesk call control interfaces allows agents with the appropriate permissions to manually pause call recording while the caller or contact enters sensitive information. For more information, see Call controls.
