Alert notifications deleted after 30 days
Genesys Cloud now automatically deletes alerts older than 30 days from the Inbox. For more information, see Manage alerts in your Inbox and Work with alerts.
Integrations
Zendesk data actions integration
The new Zendesk data actions integration runs as a Genesys Cloud service. The integration provides static actions and lets administrators create custom actions that act on data in Zendesk. The integration replaces the previous Zendesk data dip connector that ran on the Genesys Cloud Bridge Server. For more information, see About the Zendesk data actions integration.
