Select a default script for outbound calls
Administrators can now select a default script for outbound calls when configuring voice channels in a queue. Genesys Cloud uses the default script when making calls on behalf of a queue, or when a script is not previously selected in an outbound campaign or an Architect outbound call flow. Contact list sort enhancement
Outbound administrators can now sort the contact list by up to four columns before campaign start or campaign recycle. For more information, see Create a preview campaign, Create a predictive dialing campaign, etc.
Contact list filter
Outbound administrators can now apply a filter to limit dialing to contacts that match the filter before campaign start or campaign recycle. For more information, see Contact list filters view.
Chinese (traditional) language support
User interface support in Genesys Cloud is now available for traditional Chinese (zh-CN). For more information, see Genesys Cloud supported languages.
