In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce a collapsible Prerequisites section in applicable Resource Center and context-sensitive help articles. By default, the Prerequisites collapsible will be closed. Previously, the Prerequisites list appeared at the top of the page and could be lengthy, requiring users to scroll through it to reach the main content. This new feature will enable you to quickly access the main content and access prerequisites only when you want to view them.
