Unbox and set up the Edge Mini v2 hardware

To unbox, setup, and provision a new Edge Mini v2:

1. Unpack contents of the shipping box.
2. Ensure that all parts are available before you proceed. Your Edge Mini v2 package includes the following items:
   • Edge Mini v2 appliance
   • 1 power cable and transformer
   • USB drive with pairing information
   • External LCD panel
   • Genesys Cloud Edge Mini v2 product information sheet
   • Genesys Cloud Edge Mini v2 Setup Quick Reference Guide (Using USB & LCD)
   • Genesys Cloud Edge Mini v2 Setup Quick Reference Guide (Using USB only)
3. Follow the visual instructions in the Genesys Cloud Edge Mini v2 Setup Quick Reference Guide.
