Prerequisite: Chat notification (webhook) configuration in Genesys Cloud must be complete. If not, start with Add a webhook integration.

For the event payload URL, use the URL you copied from Genesys Cloud. For more information, Setup custom Web/Service Hooks in the UserVoice developer documentation.
