Genesys Cloud Success Services Addendum

This Genesys Cloud Success Services Addendum and the documents referenced herein (the “Addendum”) contain terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Genesys Cloud Success Services and is an agreement between Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. (“Genesys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent (“you” or “Customer”). This Addendum takes effect when the Customer executes this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). You represent to us that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts and that you have legal authority to do so on behalf of Customer. The Genesys Cloud Success Services (the “Program”) is an annual support plan offered by Genesys. This Addendum details how the Program and the associated billing operate. This Addendum is governed by, and in addition to, the Genesys Cloud Terms and Conditions entered into by the parties.

  1. Billing. Customer shall pay the amount set forth in the Order Form for the level of Subscription Services set forth in therein. This amount is in exchange for twelve (12) months of Program services.
    1. Payment may be made on a monthly or annual basis based upon the service items selected and billing options. Payment will be made as follows:
      1. Monthly. The fixed monthly fees will be invoiced to you in arrears on a monthly basis. Payment shall be due within thirty (30) days of the date of an invoice.
      2. Annually. You will be billed in advance on an annual basis. The total annual fees will be calculated based on twelve (12) times the minimum monthly fees as set forth in the Order Form.
  2. Additional Services. Each level of Program services includes a corresponding number of tokens that can be used for various services. Additional token bundles may be purchased; each bundle will have an expiration date of 12 months after execution. 
  3. Term and Renewal. The term of this Agreement shall be twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance, unless otherwise set forth on the applicable Order Form.  At the end of the Term, the Agreement shall renew on the same basis with regard to the term length and payment frequency selected for expiring term, unless either party provides 30 days advance written notice of its intent to revise subscription or not renew. All unused tokens will expire twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance. 
  4. Service Terms. Customer acknowledges that further requirements gathering will be performed at the time of engagement.  All professional services performed as part of the Program shall be provided pursuant to the terms found at https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/professional-services-terms-and-conditions/
