OAuth client permissions for CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce

Create OAuth client in Genesys Cloud for CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce. At a minimum, the roles that you assign to the client credentials grant for the OAuth client must have the following permissions in Genesys Cloud:

CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce
- Integration > cxCloudSFCore > Add
- Integration > cxCloudSFCore > Delete
- Integration > cxCloudSFCore > Edit
- Integration > cxCloudSFCore > View
