Announced on Takes effect
September 9, 2020 December 16, 2020

On December 16, 2020, Genesys changed the Analytics User Detail Endpoint (/api/v2/analytics/users/details/query) to allow querying for interval start dates up to 558 days in the past (including today). We recommend using the Analytics User Detail Async Endpoint ((/api/v2/analytics/users/details/jobs) for any historical queries. When retrieving recent data, leverage the notifications service when possible. When retrieving historical data, use the async endpoint.
