Admin interface: Task Management renamed to Work Automation

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will rename the Task Management view to the Work Automation view in the Admin interface. This update aligns the terminology used across the Genesys Cloud platform, reducing confusion for administrators working with work automation features. This update enables administrators to experience a clearer and more consistent interface. Additionally, Genesys reorganized the order of applications within the Admin links, making it easier to locate and manage essential tools. These adjustments aim to streamline the user experience for administrators who manage automated workflows.
