Add tags to a file

Prerequisites
  • Content Management User permission assigned to any role

  1. Click Documents.
  2. From the Menu bar, click your profile picture.
  3. Click My Files.
  4. Find a file or open a workspace.
  5. Hover over the file.
  6. Under Actions, click More.
  7. Click PropertiesActionsProperties
  8. On the Details tab, click in the Tags box. The list of predefined tags for the workspace appears.

  9. Do one of the following:

    • To select an existing tag, click it. 
    • To add a new tag, type its name and then press Enter to save it.
    • To remove a tag, click its x.

  10. Click Save.
