In a future release, Genesys Cloud will add a banner to the login screen that informs users of their rights and obligations before they access the system. This enhancement ensures compliance with various regulatory standards, including ENS Royal Decree 311/2022, ISO 27001:2022, IRAP Protected, and HDS.
These standards require organizations to display a warning message at the point of login so that users are aware of the organization’s monitoring and security standards. The new Genesys Cloud login banner aligns with those standards to ensure that users understand the organization’s log in policy.
