To enter the Genesys Cloud Edge Standard v3 / v2 external LCD menu, press the right arrow. The LCD panel displays System and navigation icons.

The LCD panel can display the following submenus and items in each submenu.

Note: You cannot provision IPv6 on the Edge LCD.

Note: To export Edge logs to USB memory use the LCD menu path Diagnostics > Copy Today’s Logs to E:. Use this option to download Edge logs for support, when the Edge is offline.
