Set up a Pivotal Tracker webhook integration

Prerequisite:  Chat notification (webhook) configuration in Genesys Cloud must be complete. If not, start with Add a webhook integration.
  1. In Pivotal Tracker, open the project.
  2. Click the gear icon and select Edit Settings.Pivotal webhook setup part 1
  3. Click Integrations.Pivotal webhook setup part 2
  4. Scroll down to the Activity Web Hook section and paste the URL from Genesys Cloud into the field.

    Make sure that v5 is selected.

  5. Click Add.
