Create a Lightning Component tab for global campaign settings

In Salesforce, create a Lightning Component tab for the global campaign settings that enables you to create, manage, and view Genesys Cloud campaigns in Salesforce. The global campaign setting is available after the installation of Outbound Campaign Management for Salesforce Cloud package.

To create a Lightning component tab in Salesforce:

1. On the Setup Home page, search for Tabs in the Quick Find box and select Tabs.
2. In the Lightning Component Tabs section, click New.
3. Enter the following details for the Lightning component tab:
   • Select genesyscloud:GCCampaignSettings as the Lightning component from the list.
   • Enter Global Campaign Settings as the Tab Label.
   • Select a tab style to set a color scheme and an icon for the tab.
4. Click Next.
5. Select the user profile to whom the tab must be available by default.
   Note: Ensure that the tab is available for the administrator who manages the campaigns in Salesforce.
6. Click Save.
