Genesys Cloud security bulletins

As has been widely reported, a faulty software update from the security company, CrowdStrike, disrupted major airlines, media companies, banks, and telecommunications firms worldwide Friday morning.  

Genesys Cloud has not been impacted by the outage. Our operations and cybersecurity teams are actively monitoring the situation and are engaged with our partner ecosystem.

We will continue to monitor for any impact to Genesys systems and update customers if necessary.
