Convert your trial to a paid subscription

If you have an active free trial and would like to convert it to a paid subscription, do one of the following:

  • Talk to a Genesys Cloud representative.
    1. In Genesys Cloud, click Trial Support Center on the top navigation pane.
    2. Click Chat with us on the bottom navigation pane of the Trial Support Center.
