When using your GCNow trial license, keep the following limitations in mind:

  • You can have up to 10 simultaneously configured users.
  • You can configure up to three OAuth client credentials.
  • Call duration can be no longer than 2 minutes.
  • You cannot make outbound calls.
  • You can make two free purchases of regional, local, and DID numbers.
  • You cannot port numbers.
  • You cannot store files in content management.
  • You can configure one US long code for SMS.
  • SMS short codes are not allowed.
    • You can send and receive up to 100 third-party, open, or digital messages.
    • You can have up to 50 social conversations during the trial period, but web messaging is excluded from this limit and is unlimited.
    • You can send up to 100 outbound agent emails during the trial period.
    • You can configure up to two email domains.
    • You can have up to 200 chatbot conversations during the trial period.
    • Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) is unavailable.
    • Outbound email campaigns are unavailable.
    • You can have only three active trials per email address domain. Before you create a fourth trial for a given email address domain, 90 days must have elapsed since the last trial ended.
    • Only one active trial per SMS-validated phone number is allowed. Before creating a second trial for a given SMS-validated phone number, 90 days must have elapsed since the last trial ended.
