Professional Services trial Letter of Engagement

Genesys Professional Services provides standard org configuration on Genesys Cloud trials. This standard configuration varies depending on customer requirements, but fits within one of two fixed scopes: Experiment or Accelerate. The following sample letters of engagement illustrate the Experiment and Accelerate scopes.
