Genesys AppFoundry sales models

Customers purchase apps in Genesys AppFoundry using a preferred sales model:

AppFoundry Basic and Premium App

You can purchase applications directly from Genesys through the Basic App and Premium App Sales. Within that model, Genesys acts as a financial agent between you and the Genesys AppFoundry Partner. Since financials are managed through the Genesys Cloud subscription, you need not worry about an extra supplier or its associated activities. In this model, the Genesys AppFoundry Partner handles implementation, maintenance, and support.
By ordering the AppFoundry Product you agree to be bound by the AppFoundry vendor’s terms of use, as provided on the AppFoundry Marketplace. Such terms shall be as between you, or your End User, and the AppFoundry vendor providing the product or service. Genesys is not a party to the terms and conditions of governing the product or service, and all claims regarding such product or service will be made with the vendor, and not Genesys. Payment terms are governed by your Genesys Agreement.

Partner Sales

You can purchase applications directly from a Genesys AppFoundry Partner. When you press the Contact Us button for an app, AppFoundry routes your inquiry directly to the manufacturing Genesys AppFoundry Partner. In this model, the Genesys AppFoundry Partner handles implementation, maintenance, and support.
