You can replace a selected activity or activities with another activity from the schedule editor.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Workforce Management, click Schedules.
  3. In the upper right corner, click the Management Unit list and select the desired management unit.
  4. Search for the desired schedule and select it from the list. The schedule editor opens.
  5. Select the activity or activities you want to replace.
  6. Click the arrow at the end of the activity code list and select the new activity.
  7. Do one of the following: 
    • Click the arrow at the end of the Select Action list and choose Replace Activity.
    • Press Shift+B.
  8. Save, publish, or continue editing the schedule.
