Finnish IVR support in Architect

Core IVR prompt support in Architect is now available for Finnish Finland (fi-FI). Core support includes recording prompts for Booleans, datetime values, numbers, durations, string data types, estimated wait time, position in queue, and collect input verification. Integrations

Import and export data actions for integrations

Genesys Cloud now supports reusing data actions for integrations across Genesys Cloud organizations. Administrators can export contracts and configuration from one data action for import into another data action.
