Play Estimated Wait Time action

In-queue call flow designers can use the new Play Estimated Wait Time action to generate a wait time estimate and play it to the caller using a variety of options. For more information, see Play Estimated Wait Time action and Add an estimated wait time action to a task.

The system audio file for this release is English-only (United States, Great Britain, and Australian). System audio files for all other languages that Architect runtime data playback currently supports will be available soon.

Play Position in Queue action
