Nuance Recognizer ASR

Transactional IVR applications require multi-digit or numeric input. In response to the growing trend of callers using hands-free environments, these applications must capture information through automated speech recognition (ASR). The integration of ASR support and bot capabilities, coupled with the ability to reuse custom and fine-tuned grammars from previous implementations, enables customers to create a broader suite of voice applications.
