In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce funnel analysis, a feature designed to provide a deeper understanding of customer journeys. This feature assists analysts and customer experience (CX) leaders to understand customer journeys and goal achievement and provides critical insights of conversion rates and the count of customers who drop off at each step. Building on the recent release of journey analyzer, funnel analysis enables analysts to view conversion rates at each step of the customer journey.
