Developer

Apps developed by customers, partners, or developers and made available to the public at no cost.

Genesys

Apps developed by Genesys and made available to the public either free of cost or at an additional cost.

Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Applications

Apps developed by customers, partners, or developers and made available for purchase from Genesys. Premium apps run inside Genesys Cloud for seamless user experiences. The Genesys Cloud licenses control user access to these branded, pre-configured apps within the Genesys Cloud Admin UI.

AppFoundry Offerings

On purchasing an AppFoundry product listed on AppFoundry or included in a Genesys Services Order, you or your user agree to be governed by the terms of use of the AppFoundry Partner as stated on the AppFoundry Marketplace website. Such terms are between you or your user and the AppFoundry partner providing the product or service. Genesys is not a party to the terms and conditions governing the product or service, and all claims regarding such product or service are made with the AppFoundry partner and not Genesys. Your Genesys Agreement governs the payment terms.
