Simplified organization switching coming to Genesys Cloud

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will allow business administrators, supervisors, and system administrators to seamlessly switch between multiple organizations from a single client, without logging out or opening a separate browser. Currently, users who manage multiple organizations must resort to workarounds (for example, using incognito mode, or different browsers), to handle different environments. The upcoming Genesys Cloud client will remember orgs previously accessed and then store them locally, offering a simple dropdown menu to switch between them. After a user logs in to one organization, they can select others from the list and open them in separate browser client tabs, enabling fast context switching and more efficient management.

This change improves usability for Genesys Cloud customers who manage multiple orgs and is particularly impactful for large BPOs and enterprise customers. By reducing barriers to multi-org management, this release will significantly improve daily workflows and help Genesys Cloud better support strategic growth in the BPO and enterprise markets.
