Flow size insights in Genesys Cloud architect

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce Flow Size Insights. This feature will provide flow authors with detailed insights into how each flow element contributes to the overall flow size, accessible within the Insights and Optimization menu. Authors will be able to view a breakdown of the percentage contributions made by individual flow elements, helping them identify components that consume more resources and may require optimization or redesign. Additionally, updated percentage ranges for flow sizes will provide earlier warnings, prompting timely actions.

• Low: Below 30% of the maximum size allowed (previously 50%)
• Medium: 30% of the maximum size allowed (previously 50%)
• High: 70% of the maximum size allowed (previously 90%)
• Full: 98% of the maximum size allowed (no change)

These changes will enhance visibility into flow resource usage, making it easier to anticipate potential size issues during the early stages of design and take proactive measures to keep flows within optimal size limits.

Currently, the flow size indicator is located in the upper right corner of the screen.

With the introduction of this new feature, the flow size indicator will be moved to the Insights and Optimization menu, while the flow percentage is in the upper right corner of the screen.
