In a future release, Genesys Cloud will update the workforce management admin user interfaces to use updated UX for the business unit (BU), management unit (MU), work team, and time zone controls. These views will move into the workforce management title bar. Previously, these controls appeared in the breadcrumb bar above the toolbar area. The new placement aims to create a more streamlined and consistent user experience.

Workforce management planners will benefit from using consistent UX controls for selecting BU, MU, Work Teams, and Time Zones that have a uniform look, feel, and function. This change also includes minor updates to Forecast Export option names to ensure clear functionality descriptions. Additionally, several modules will be updated with a consistent presentation of the module’s title. These enhancements leverage modern UI components for BU, MU, Work Team, and Time Zone selection that align in such modules as Historical Adherence and Historical Shrinkage.
