Allow PII in email notifications for voicemail

Prerequisite:
  • Directory > Organization > Admin permission

Include or remove Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in email notifications for voicemail. 

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. From the Menu, click Account > Organization.
  4. Click the Settings tab.
  5. Under Security & Compliance, enable Voicemail Notifications
  6.  Turn the Allow PII in email notifications toggle switch on or off:
    • ON — Includes PII in email notifications for voicemail.
    • OFF — Removes PII in email notifications for voicemail.
  7. (Optional) Enable or disable the Voicemail Transcription settings.
  8. Click Save.
Note: This option is unavailable in HIPAA-enabled organizations.
