Delete a contactable time set

Prerequisites
    • Before you delete a contactable time set, assign a different contactable time set, or no contactable time set, to all campaigns that reference it.

    Administrators can delete contactable times that are not in use by campaigns.

    1. Click Admin.
    2. Under Outbound, click Contactable Time Sets.
    3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Outbound > Contactable Time Sets.
    4. In the first column, select the checkbox in the row for each contactable time set to delete.
    5. Click Delete. A message appears, asking you to confirm the deletion.
    6. Click Yes.
      The system deletes the selected contactable time sets, or displays a message.
