Set the default script page

When your script has multiple pages, you can set one page to open by default when the script pops on an agent’s display.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts.
  3. From the Menu, click Digital and Telephony > Interactions Assets > Scripts.
  4. Click the name of the script you want to edit.
  1. Click Page . The list of pages in that script appears. The page with the home icon is the default page.

  2. To set a different default page, click More for the page you want to be the default, and then select Set as Default Page.

    Notes:
    • Do not click the name of the page. 

    • Home indicates the new default page.
