Genesys Cloud free allocation products

Genesys Cloud includes free allocations for certain products and features. These free allocations are provided per organization. Every organization receives each allocation once each month, regardless of the number of licenses or users. Free allocations allow you to use a defined quantity of a feature at no cost. If your organization’s usage goes beyond the free allocation, Genesys bills the additional usage at the standard rate for that feature.

AI Experience tokens

Genesys Cloud AI Experience features use tokens as the unit of consumption. Each organization receives a monthly free allocation:

  • 250 tokens for named-user organizations.
  • 350 tokens for concurrent-user organizations.

You can use these tokens across all supported AI features. If your usage goes beyond the monthly free token allocation, Genesys bills for additional tokens based on pricing details. For more information, see Genesys Cloud tokens-based pricing model.

Wallboard account

A wallboard account is a special user account used to display real-time dashboards without consuming a full Genesys Cloud license. Each organization receives one wallboard account at no cost. This ensures that your first wallboard account is free. If you create additional wallboard accounts, those accounts appear as billed licenses.

Billing and usage details of Wallboard free allocation:

  • The usage report shows the full number of wallboard accounts in use.
  • The invoice reflects the adjusted billed quantity, where the freely allocated account is subtracted from the total.

Rule-based Decisions (RBD)

Rule-based decisions allow you to create and run decision tables in Architect flows and APIs.

  • Each organization receives 50,000 free rule executions per month.
  • Any usage beyond that is billed based on pricing details.
