What do I need to do to get QoS for WebRTC?

To get QoS for WebRTC you need to understand that 1) The QoS driver is only available as a part of the PureCloud Softphone installation. 2) The QoS driver only works with Genesys Cloud Desktop App for Windows.

Notes:
  • If you are using Genesys Cloud on a Mac, there is no way to use QoS with WebRTC.
  • If you are using Genesys Cloud from a web browser, there is no way to use QoS with WebRTC.
  1. Download and install the PureCloud Softphone.
  2. Restart your system to activate the QoS driver.
