After you enroll in a beta, you access a dedicated online space to give feedback and ask questions about the specific beta feature. Depending on the beta feature, that communication space is either in the Beta HQ in the Genesys Cloud Community, or in a private chat room in the Ideas Portal. Genesys Product Development monitors these forums and gives timely responses for the benefit of all beta testers.

Genesys Product Development also conducts surveys and interviews to collect feedback on the beta, and you are encouraged to respond to these requests for feedback.
