FAQ: What is the workforce management agent limit per management unit?
With the introduction of the business unit feature, the scheduling capabilities in workforce management have been increased substantially. The maximum number of agents configurable per management unit has been increased from 1,000 to 1,500 and each business unit can schedule up to 5,000 agents at a time. This means that a single schedule can now support up to 5,000 agents as long as each individual management unit in the business unit does not exceed 1,500 agents. Each business unit supports up to 10 management units.
