Feature coming soon: Web messaging is currently available as preview in the following regions: UAE and Zurich.
In preview, the Web Messaging Guest API is exposed via proxy regions for customer use. Genesys plans full support for web messaging within the two regions by mid-2024. Web messaging remains generally available in all other Genesys Cloud regions.
