View the event log for Bridge integrations


View a list of events reported by the Bridge Services regarding the activities of a Bridge integration. There are four severity levels for events:

Severity Description
Info Messages for successful operations (server created, connector upgraded, etc.)
Warning Minor problems that might require attention (user could not be found, manager could not be synced, etc.)
Error Problems that require attention (connector failed, data did not synchronize, etc.)
Critical Serious problems (data corruption, loss of service, etc.)

View all events for the Bridge Servers and Bridge Connectors in the organization.

  1. Select Admin > Integrations > Bridge.
  2. Click the History tab.
  3. View details about any event by clicking the link in the Date column.History event links



View Bridge Connector events only for a specific integration.

  1. Select Admin > Integrations > Bridge.
  2. Click the Connectors tab.
  3. Click a link for a connector in the Group Name column.Group name link
