Unable to connect to Adobe


Note: This article applies to the Adobe data actions integration.

The integration is unable to connect to Adobe. This issue is typically due to invalid or missing credentials in the integration configuration in PureCloud. However, this issue can also be due to security settings in your Abode organization or an outage of the Adobe server. 

  • Confirm that you can access Adobe.
  • Confirm that you are using the Adobe Experience Platform APIs.
  • Review the Adobe security settings.
  • Reenter your Adobe credentials in the integration configuration in PureCloud.
