Transfer a message interaction

Prerequisites
  • Genesys Cloud CX 2, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX 3, or Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital license
  • Web messaging: Conversation > Webmessaging > View permission
  • Other messaging channels: Conversation > Message > Create or View permission

    1. Select the message you want to transfer.
    2. Click Transfer
    3. Enter the name of the person or queue you want to transfer the message to.
    4. Click Transfer
    5. Complete any required after contact work.
