Train question and answer pairs in a knowledge base

Genesys no longer offers the original knowledge workbench version. Customers can continue to use an existing original knowledge workbench installation; however, Genesys encourages existing knowledge workbench customers to migrate to knowledge workbench V2. After you add question and answer pairs to the knowledge base, you can train and test them. In training, the algorithms consume the FAQs and train themselves to answer any queries with a confidence score for each search result.

  1. Access the knowledge workbench from the link provided by your administrator. 
  2. Open the knowledge base you want to train.
  3. Click Train. The system trains the knowledge and progress status appears.

If the training passes, the system returns a message indicating that the training completed successfully.
