Set the short disconnect time for the Flow Performance views
Analytics > Insight Configurations > Edit permission
Set the length of the short disconnect time for the Flows Performance Summary and detail views. A short disconnect is when a customer disconnects from an Architect flow before the set amount of time.
- Click Admin.
- Under Contact Center, click Analytics.
- Under Short Disconnect Time, enter the number of seconds you want to set. The default number of seconds is 10.
- Click Save.
