Analytics > Insight Configurations > Edit permission

Set the length of the short disconnect time for the Flows Performance Summary and detail views. A short disconnect is when a customer disconnects from an Architect flow before the set amount of time.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Analytics.
  3. Under Short Disconnect Time, enter the number of seconds you want to set. The default number of seconds is 10. 
  4. Click Save
